Plantlife is a charity which aims to protect and restore a wide variety of wild plants and fungi, and also important habitats such as hay meadows and grassland.  .  It wants to ensure the nation's common plant species don't become "at risk".  It works on grasslands, woodlands, farmlands, peatlands and coasts.  It has the annual No Mow May campaign, encouraging everyone not to mow their lawn so that wildflowers can bloomm and there's  Let it Bloom June, too .  You can find out about it here.  You could give a membership to Plantlife.
